We had a workshop at work once where the leader threw marshmallows at everyone and said it relieves stress, no one ever gets hurt by a marshmallow. She had barely finished her sentence before a marshamallow thrown back at her decked her in the eye and caused her to nearly keel over. Turned out she had recently had eye surgery. Fortunately it just caused a little pain and she continued. I do not know if she still throws marshmallows.

That reminds me of a story, I think it was told on here years ago, although I could be mistaken, of the newspaper editor who wanted two of the male staffers to volunteer to have the police taze them, then write about the experience.

Nobody volunteered and the editor flipped out, questioning everyone's dedication to the paper. Eventually, someone spoke up and asked why the editor wasn't volunteering himself, which ended the discussion, for all intents and purposes.

When I was in high school, in Algebra II class, in between reading my surfing magazines and daydreaming, I decided to try to make a cross-classroom shot into the wastebasket. Girl in the front left corner of the room had her head down facing toward me (in the back against the opposite wall). I was a bit off target and pegged her right in her closed eye. She let out a scream like I had not heard before or since. All I got.
