More politician than pope.
Our government, and a handful of others around the world, believes it has the right, under certain particular circumstances, to kill a large number of not the majority of the people in the world, for no specific individual reason.
If any government has the right to kill millions or billions of people for no specific reason, certainly it should have the right to kill one individual for the proven commission of heinous crimes or for continuing to present a threat against the populace.
Very curious to see how this plays. On one hand, for the rest of the world, there has been no grading on a curve. Either full-throated backing of gay marriage or accusations and assumptions of bigotry and homophobia. This Pope may be the only one to change the rules.Well isn't that something:
