After joining, SJ suggests an intro so here goes. I disapprove of writers who never check their content, in sports when an error occurs a ref or monitor calls foul. When so called journalists err or ignore the rules, nothing seems to happen. So here I am a little voice for the people to bring attention to some of the drivel put out there just to make money. Sounds a little Snarky but necessary in this writer's view. In point of fact, see underline and red below. We do online Proofing and see this far too often online.

(" The catch came on a 1st-and-10 by Seattle at midfield and went for 34 yards, taking the Seahawks to Green Bay’s 16. The Packers were up 24-20 at the time, so the catch almost ensured the Packers would end up with points.
Replay showed that the ball hit the ground as Lockett was rolling over, indicating there would have been a good chance of the call being overturned. The Seahawks ended up scoring a touchdown on the drive, which was the game-winner.)

I do wish more newspapers/media outlets would hire people who could edit copy. We could call them copy editors. My guess is they would be too expensive. Writers could do it just fine. After the finish Tweeting, updating Facebook, taking photos and turning a story around for the website 10 minutes after the game ends they'll have plenty of time to proof read copy. It would save a bunch of money the media companies can use to pay executive salaries.

Man, he’s already post-editing and sometimes deleting his posts.

He’s moving from newbie to roasted seasoned veteran rather quickly.

I'm sad I missed this the other night.
You have to have to HAVE TO have a thick skin to hang around this joint.
You can't take everything so damn seriously.
I have dipped my toe(s) in the Great Lake Of Fail on many occasions and do I turn into Butt-Hurt Bobby when I get called out about it? Yes, but it's not about me you ****-wits.
I'm kidding.
No, I don't get butthurt about it. The skin is thick on Ye Olde Chef.
