And Jim Nantz becomes the latest celebrity to get into
the wine business. He is out of the gate with a nice
crisp Chardonnay.

Sounds like the perfect blend to enjoy while watching "One
Shining Moment".

Hello, friends. If you're going to talk about my nice, crisp Chardonnay while listening to me wax poetic about the beauty of Amen Corner, dropping Fred Couples-in-college references or canonizing the latest college basketball coach not to have half his team convicted of felonies, please make sure you spell my name "Nantz."

He played college golf with Fred Couples? That's a great story -- I'm surprised he never mentions it on the air.

Billy Packer is already touting the superiority of ACC wines.

I just heard the other day that Nantz is tight with The Bush family.

I like to enjoy a crisp, clean chardonnay while staring at my oil painting of myself....

Oh wait, my wife wouldn't let me hang it on the wall.

And he's friendly with key Patriots? I never would have guessed that, given his dead-neutral on-air demeanor.

Better wine than that other thing seemingly every semi-famous person cranks out at this point in their career: a children's book.

A quick perusal and it seems like a list that should read
"stuff that white liberals like."

White conservatives like, in no particular order: Confederate flags, Walmart, Under Armour apparel, Biblical literalism, country music, Budweiser, Ann Coulter, the women of FOX News, and SEC football.

Found this passage in the article odd:

"The restaurant holds a special place in the hearts of Nantz and Deutsch, who had their first meeting at Chef Luis. "

Article made no mention of the new Mrs N.

She's in one of the pictures, Boom. It's so grainy, though, it's really hard to tell how she's holding up.
