Annual downtown Denver festival returns today after two years off. Before legalization, it was a big show of people descending on Civic Center Park as a way to protest and everyone lighting up at 4:20 p.m.

Could see up to 50,000 people there today for the festival. The prohibitionists are all over the airwaves because there's no underage limit. And lots of mixed messaging from the city since it's illegal to smoke in public.

It turns out the head of Trulieve, the Publix of pot dispensaries in Florida, is run by the guy who was with Matt Gaetz and Greenberg on their trips
You would think the great moral protector of parents and children would take a tougher stance but DeSantis doesn’t mind being a hypocrite if he can get his cut
