I always chuckled at our "royals insider" (note: per style guide, not royal insider) who would allegedly spill on Kate or William or the queen. Yeah, In Touch has someone nestled inside Buckingham.
My friend said he's holding out for her kinky notes to lesbian lover. The Lassie Only June Lockhart Knew! That or June Lockhart Tells The Secret Behind Christmas Parades!

If you aren’t making an avatar out of this, then what even is life? After AMI bought us and we went to their downtown offices, we were surrounded by oversized placards featuring famous covers from the Enquirer and the Globe. One day I wore a favorite red shirt. I'd probably put on a few extra pounds. And my friend goes, "Jesus Christ. You look like the ****ing Shatner Diet or Die cover I have to stare at every ****ing day."
So I posed with it..:and kinky notes.

There was a huge group of photogs from around the world waiting to take Sarah Ferguson's picture as she got out of her limo at the front of the hotel, where she would speak in the ballroom. As we waited, I noticed a handful of photographers wander off and not come back after a few minutes. I went in their direction and caught up in time to join them at a side entrance to the building, where Fergie actually got of her car and entered.
To be fair, no one is used to hearing the sound of a ball going in the net in field hockey. Absolutely positively the worst sport ever. There is no close second. One of my best sports photos materialized when I listened to whatever spirit was screaming in my ear and I chose to walk down the sideline seconds before the whistle sounded to start the championship. Which is why I was the only reporter in the state to get this shot, or anything close to it.
16, the center forward and state player of the year, zig zagged the ball thru defenders, juked the charging goalie to the ground, and smashed the ball to the to the back of the cage. The echo of wood and steel cage was unlike any other I'd ever heard covering field hockey.
The sequence took 11 seconds.
Neither team scored over the final 59:49.
Local team wins another state title.
You get lucky sometimes if you listen, or pay attention.

The girl wearing No. 2 really brings that shot home.
Ball position in net and the flattened goalkeeper also nail it down.
We live a block from most of Columbia's sporting facilities (the gym is on campus but most everything else is northern Manhattan) and I try to get to football, baseball, softball. Soccer....eh, went to a tourney game. But a few years ago their field hockey team got off to like the first 5-0 start in school history or something and had a big game against ranked Harvard. So I was like, sure, I'll check it out.To be fair, no one is used to hearing the sound of a ball going in the net in field hockey. Absolutely positively the worst sport ever. The only comp I can think of is track, which I never minded covering b/c I ran track in HS. Without that experience, I can imagine you'd hate watching people run around in circles or jumping into piles of dirt. But I don't know ANYONE, an alum of the sport or not, who has ever offered up a defense of field hockey. Even my first editor, a stout proponent of local sports, doesn't seem to like it very much.We live a block from most of Columbia's sporting facilities (the gym is on campus but most everything else is northern Manhattan) and I try to get to football, baseball, softball. I have not returned for a second game.
Fair enough. To be fair, no one is used to hearing the sound of a ball going in the net in field hockey. Absolutely positively the worst sport ever. There is no close second.
