What a chameleon he was. At 14, I loved Power Station which led me to enjoy his height-of-popularity solo stuff in the late 80s.

I was totally ignorant of gems like this. Backed by members of both Little Feat and the Meters, this is so god damn choice.

Just read this. For the first several references, my mind read "Bodine" instead of "Bolide". It was a much better story at first.
