Numerous cities in North Texas have substantial South Asian populations and have various city or school open areas designed to hold a cricket ground as needed. The actual playing oval need not be massive. Typically 150 yards wide and maybe 180 yards long.

Where are they playing these matches? Converted soccer fields? I can't believe there is an abundance of cricket grounds in the US.
