Pop-culture phenomena that take a decade or more off don't generally come back all that strong.

Let's hope it's funnier than "Dumb and Dumber To" and "Arrested Development: Season 4."

But I have my doubts.

The Arrested Development reboot wasn't THAT bad. They tried some new things with story structure, a lot of it imposed from outside by filming constraints. Some worked, some didn't, but it was still pretty funny. I'm optimistic about Season 5.
