I'm applying for an internship that says applications must be made "in writing." What exactly does that mean?

I'd guess if you e-mail them, you may not get far.

Do they list an e-mail address or regular address for applications to be submitted to?

I'm guessing they don't want e-mails (although they are written, aren't they?).

Hmmm. In blood? On fancy, off white, onion-skin paper? Or just, you know, mailed in.
