Anyone here MOOC?

I recently enrolled in one of those Massive Open, Online Course and wanted to know if anyone else here takes part? Specifially, did anyone pay the $60 for Signature Track enrollment? It basically says you completed the course and has your name on it.

The class in question is not a college course and I don't expect credit, but would the $$ for the certificate worthwhile? Is it something you can put on your resume?

Can't see how paying for a certificate would be useful. Doubt many employers think a certificate would mean much.

There's a lot of credible, meaningful educational and professional development opportunities out there, and there's a lot of bunk.
