Accused cop-killer strangled in jail

I know he killed a police officer, but there are these things called courts and trials and that's where guilt and the appropriate punishment are supposed to be determined.

I have no problem with people who think this is the way justice should go, as long as they acknowledge that it is a direct contradiction of the ideals of this nation.

Dahmer was already tried and convicted, which is more than you can say for the guy in this case.

That being said, I'm not surprised. Not sure where I fall on this, but you're right, the fact he was not yet convicted probably makes me less OK with it.

Given the nature of Dahmer's crimes, that is not a great comparison.
