What kind of weak-willed kid have you raised if a practical jokes causes them to miss the rest of the semester due to this!?!

I'm guessing that this is the work of a Queen Bee in the school who doesn't like this other girl because she's probably friends with the boy she liked and was jealous. It's not a practical joke - I am about 85 percent certain it is probably bullying.
