The Avs have won a lot in these playoffs and they have clearly been the better team than those they have played so far, but they just have been so uninterested through much of it. If they turned it on from the start, like how they played in the third last night, they wouldn't lose. I'm not going to say the Knights didn't have a good game plan and a way to beat the Avalanche, but crap, maybe try before the third and see what happens. I was talking to a friend and they were like, are they just trying to conserve energy or something?
Maybe, but this is high-level sports and Vegas has a lot of championship experience on its team. At some point relying on flipping the switch isn't going to cut it.
