Not sure what it was about, except me just being disgusted with Zell and the industry.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt, if for no other reason than having him buy my 8,000 shares at $34/share sure beat watching them drop to $10/share (or worse).

Was I wrong? I guess. But we were fucked either way. And it wasn't like he needed a green light from us to buy the company.
