    AP (via CNN) is reporting that Donald Rumsfeld is stepping down as Secretary of Defense. Well, that didn't take long.

    Is anyone else actually excited to hear Bush speak today? I can't wait to hear his poor, defeated voice as he announces his buddy is leaving us all.
