Here are some candidates. Hope I remember them all:

Hideki Okajima, Boston (3-1, 1.19 ERA, 4 saves, 0.82 WHIP)
    Travis Buck, Oakland (.288, 7 HR, 34 RBI, 4 SB, 41 R)
    Brian Bannister, Kansas City (10-7, 3.28 ERA, 66 K's)
    Reggie Willits, LA Angels (.296, 0 HR, 32 RBI, 60 R, 25 SB)
Joakim Soria, Kansas City (2.48 ERA, 13 saves)
    Alex Gordon, Kansas City (.246, 11 HR, 42 RBI, 13 SB, 52 R)
    Dustin Pedroia, Boston (.323, 6 HR, 38 RBI, 5 SB, 58 R)

    NATIONAL LEAGUE
Ryan Braun, Milwaukee (.332, 24 HR, 62 RBI, 10 SB)
    Chris B. Young, Arizona (.237, 26 HR, 47 RBI, 21 SB, 68 R)
    Hunter Pence, Houston (.326, 12 HR, 46 RBI, 8 SB, 43 R)
    Troy Tulowitzki, Colorado (.293, 17 HR, 67 RBI, 6 SB, 72 R)
    Tim Lincecum, San Francisco (7-4, 3.91 ERA, 132 K's)
James Loney, LA Dodgers (.309, 6 HR, 30 RBI)
    Josh Hamilton, Cincinnati (.283, 16 HR, 36 RBI, 3 SB, 41 R)

Who's your top three in each league?

Is there a reason why James Loney is on the ballot and not Josh Hamilton?

    AL: 1. Matsuzaka; 2. Okajima; 3. Bannister.
    NL: 1. Braun; 3. Tulowitzki; 4. Lincecum.

(If Braun could get the first and second spot in the vote, he probably would.

    You really like Joba, huh?

Joba has pitched eight innings. Shelley Duncan has 44 at bats. Pedroia is listed.

He's a piece of crap, but don't forget Delmon Young (.286, 9 HR, 64 RBI, 7 SBs) of the Devil Rays.

Between the reluctance of many voters to select a Japanese player and the three Red Sox players vying for the crown, Matsuzaka's got no chance. Right now I'd say it's an almost dead heat between Bannister and Pedroia, with Bannister getting the edge because the Sox guys will split some votes.

    1.) Bannister
    2.) Pedroia
    3.) Soria

    NL:
    1.) Braun
    -30-

If Pence had stayed healthy it might have been interesting in the NL...

Brian Bannister is quietly having an outstanding year. If voters look at the numbers (and he finishes 13-9 or 14-8 like he could), he'll get serious consideration. If they go with the name, it'll be Dice-K.
