I'd be willing to put together a tournament so we can settle the debate. Instead of posting 15 songs you like, send me your top five. I'll seed them by the most submissions and then randomly seed those with only one entry.

We could make the submission deadline noon on Tuesday. Everyone can simply quote and bold their winners, and I'll handle the tally.

    Just a thought.

Hard to argue either. On the former, given the subtle opening notes, I would add "Watcher of the Skies" and "The Fountain of Salmacis" to my list.

Other than I'm So Sick, I like all these intros because of the first few notes. Some of the songs I picked because they get me going, some I picked because I can actually play the intro. These are just my favs of what's currently on my nano. Actually, I got tired of scrolling through the shuffle, so there's more songs that I really like the intro and really love hearing it when it starts.

I could never narrow it to just one or two. As for favorite song....I could never narrow it below 100 songs. I just like too much music to even try. I have to have different music for different moods. First there's the genre mood, then there's a whole host of categories within for moods. Then again, I prefer to work out to angry rock and heavy metal for motivation.
