Any of Gene Autry's renditions remind me of my father.

My favourite Christmas songs to sing:

Cantique de Noel (O Holy Night)
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)
The alto part in "Shepherd's Farewell to the Holy Family"

My favourite Christmas songs to listen to:

    Riu Riu Chiu
    Gesu Bambino sung by Pavarotti
Elvis singing "O Come all ye Faithful", especially when the very high chorus voices come in
White Christmas sung by Bing Crosy

  4. "This Christmas" by Donny Hathway...that's the song that lets me know the season has officially begun.

HC singing "The Christmas Song." I think I could like that!

    Rock artists:
    Bruce's Santa Claus
    Annie Lennox Winter Wonderland
    The Waitresses Christmas Wrapping
Anything off the Specter Christmas album.

    Traditional:
    Bing Crosby White Christmas
Nat King Cole The Christmas Song (sorry, HC, you're good but you can't match that)

    What child is this?
    We three kings
    Oh come all ye faithful

They all just remind me of Christmases when I was a kid in Ohio.

I like most of them, at least until they've been played 50,000 times in the span of three weeks.

Nearing that # currently are the Beach Boys and all versions of Little Drummer Boy other than Sting & Bing. Enough! Play something else!
