No, I haven't just finished watching the entire season of VH-1's SuperGroup, but If you could put together a rock music group with a guitarist, bassist, drummer, vocalist and one other musician (a second guitarist, keyboardist, sax player, etc.) who would you choose?

hell, i find it hard to beat the one put together for the 1993 movie backbeat

dave grohl on drums, mike mills on bass, thurston moore on guitar and greg dulli singing (i believe dave pirner was also there, too)

 

R.E.M., with the original drummer back and minus the trendy, fey politics.
