The successful applicant will have demonstrated abilities to recognize and conceptualize news, to improve copy through editing and to coach and motivate a team of reporters. The Times-Tribune is a family-owned newspaper in Scranton, Pa., two hours west of New York City and two hours north of Philadelphia.
