Your 2009 Pulitzer Winners

    Actually the R-J praised the Sun's win in an editorial.

    And I'm glad that Coffee noted that the Sun isn't really a newspaper, but an independent section inside another daily. Before the insertion deal came about, the Sun's circ was around 30k, and can now claim the daily circulation of the R-J of 180k a day and 200k on Sunday.
    Not to diminish the Pulitzer accomplishment but the Sun is the kind of paper that should be winning a ton of awards. No longer having to deal with the grind of daily coverage, the Sun works on long projects and all the other things that seem to get the judges' attention.

    Isn't the Review-Journal mainly known as the wrapper the Sun is delivered in? :D
