You make the call: Charge or no charge

    Scenario:
    Suppose a dribbler driving toward the basket runs into a defensive player whose feet are set in position, but, he is turned in the wrong direction/away from the dribbler, is that a charge?

    I'd say yes, its a charge. Defensive player has a right to the space, whether he is facing offensive player or not.

    Sure it's a charge. Running over a stationary player who's not looking? Are there flagrant offensive fouls?
