    Gosh Dang, my school won't even install lights so we can play Friday nights. Had a contractor offer lights from a job he was doing a few years back under the stipulation that the school pay for installation and upkeep. Board still said no.

    There are a lot of states where uniform education is specified in the state's constitution. Of course those poor kids don't deserve to benefit from public education.
