Man, I can't believe some of the negativity generated by this. Who cares? It's an exhibition game and it's fun. C'mon, people. Lighten up.

Great idea--because the Yankees need a PR stunt to raise their profile.

If he came to bat and someone threw at his head, it would be funnier than his last 10 movies combined...

The only things Crystal has ever done that I liked were "When Harry Met Sally" and the Oscars...

He was incredibly overrated on SNL. I thought both City Slickers sucked...

I guess he produced *61, which was good...

First "City Slickers" was OK. Second one was truly awful.

"Analyse This" was funny--in a "I don't have to use one single brain cell" kinda way

I forgot about Throw Momma From the Train and Princess Bride, which were both great, although not necessarily because of him...

Granted, both are about 20 years old...

Princess Bride was great despite him.

The Red Sox are pissed they didn't think of this! I'm sure they're brainstorming silly ideas as we speak....."what about Stephen King as honorary 1st base coach?, Matt Damon could be our new bullpen catcher!, how about making Steven Wright our new Public address announcer......he'll really liven up the crowd!"
