X Games - Staples Center and/or Nike U.S. Open of Surfing, Huntington Beach

    I possess nine years worth of experience, the past three freelancing for publications like Patch.com, The Orange County Register-owned community weeklies/OCVarsity.com, L.A. Times-owned The Daily Pilot weekly.
    My name's Bruce Bourquin, and I am willing to cover The X Games at Staples Center and/or the Nike U.S. Open of Surfing at Huntington Beach, features, sidebars, etc. There are surfers and motorcycle, skateboarders, etc. from around the world, so anyone needing a little freelance help, and if you want to see my resume and clips, let me know at:

    I am not credentialed for these events, but I usually can get credentials with a little help and w/ relative ease.
    I can also cover Angels, Dodgers, Pac-12 preseason, anything in L.A., Orange and/or Riverside/San Bernardino Counties.
