    Ben,

    Since you're based on Laramie:

    Treat yourself to dinner at The Old Corral out in Centennial. It's a good spot again, since an ownership change several years ago. The next-door Bear Tree Cafe is excellent for a mom-and-pop restaurant too. And it's a nice drive. Go over the mountain to the Wolf Tavern in Saratoga as well, before winter sets in and 130 is closed.
