Writing opportunity exotic sports fan

Discussion in 'Freelance/stringer help wanted' started by Covers.com Team, Mar 17, 2011.

  1. Hi guys,

Covers.com is looking for a writer to cover the sports outside the big six (NBA, NFL, NCAAB, NCAAF, MLB and NHL). We're hoping to have a weekly column focusing on golf, tennis, soccer etc. We'd also ask this person to write occasion feature when hot-button topics arise.

Covers.com is a sports betting site, so the discussion in the columns and features would have to center around wagering.

Please forward your resumes along with an email telling us why you think you'd be perfect for this freelance opportunity to: agrewal@sportsdirectinc.com

You can address the email to Ashton Grewal.

    Cheers.

Golf, soccer and tennis are exotic? So then what do you consider underwater hockey, snow polo and pig racing?

"Exotic" sports sounds like the apartment wrestling ads you used to find in the back of the old Apter wrestling magazines in the 1980s.

The OP should learn to read and post this on the right board.
