    So where's the part about the lawsuit come in?

    'Cause the story linked doesn't mention a lawsuit and I couldn't find any elsewhere.

    Hmm, good point. That was the headline on Airfarewatchdog. I didn't read far enough into the story to look. I'll change the headline.
