The Shock are moving to a 7,000 seat arena on the campus of UT Arlington.

I know that place. Its official name is I Can't Believe They Finally Built This Arena.

WNBA attendance figures are wildly padded.

    Miserably.
Of all the things to do in the Metroplex, I would imagine going to watch a layup-jumpshot contest with 700 of your closest friends wouldn't be very high on the list.

The only way to get WNBA attendance figures up are to lower the goals to 8 feet or have Elena Delle-Donne play naked.

If the WNBA was smart, they'd:

    1) cut the minimum salary from $35,000 to $25,000

    2) institute a league wide automatic bonus of $20,000 per player for the absence of any visible tattoos while wearing a standard basketball uniform.

They should play in sports bras and volleyball shorts. And look like Russian tennis players.

If they can't play a reasonable approximation of professional basketball they should at least look better than Hooters waitresses
