Windshield replacement: At home, work or the shop?

    unfortunately, none of the players was able to cash in on the bounty but i would've gladly paid.

    Yeah, my windshield crack has stopped spreading, but it stretches almost 75 percent across the bottom of it. Never affected my visibility, but I've always kept an eye on it.

    My homeowner's policy paid for the full cost of a new windshield on my car when I just had a little crack.

    Just sayin'.
