    Mark, I've already established that it was a group effort. Perhaps for the sake of clarity I should say that Willie Randolph is not the SOLE REASON why the Mets missed a playoff berth.

    Ok, now that I'd agree with.
    I will say this, though, I am glad he's getting to come back next year.
    A collapse like that had to suck, but they still finished 2nd.
