  4. i actually watched the game last night and woke up at 5:30am to change/feed my son. sny was still on the tv when i heard the news. For a second i thought i was still asleep.

    what a second class organization from top to bottom.

    The Orioles and Cubs are run worse. At least the Mets have been to the playoffs and even the World Series in the last 10 years.

    Huh? The Cubs, unlike the Mets, made the playoffs last year. They also made the playoffs in 2003 and 1998. And last time I checked, they had the best record in baseball.

    I'm not surprised about Delgado and Beltran's reactions. They are the NY version of J.D. Drew: good player, but won't give you any leadership in the locker room.

    I would love to see a NY writer take a swipe at them for robbing the Mets blind at the bank.

    That's true. Maybe the Cubs are better than the Mets.

    I still insist that the Orioles are worse, though.
