Whose beeper keeps beepin' and beepin'?

This is SO not worth a thread, but I laugh my ass off every time M.C. Hammer says, "Whose beeper keeps beepin' and beepin'?," on the Monday Night Football commercial, and I just had to share. Great commercial. Say what you will about the WWL, and lord knows I've had my complaints, but they put out some pretty damn funny commercials from time to time.

To give this thread some semblance of value: What's your favorite ESPN commercial? I know we've had threads on SportsCenter ads, but I'm not sure we've opened the floor to include all WWL spots.

 

One more reason why we need a Random Thoughts thread.

Meh. Didn't do anything for me. The only thing I even smiled at was the "73 percent of all paper jams happen on Monday" line in the second spot.

 

You know, BYH has mad keytar skills.

 

I guess I love it because I often have whacked-out dreams like that in which I incorporate some real-world noise into my dream. From "What's that beeping noise?" on, I laugh out loud every time.

 

Maybe you're just excited for the return of the NFL. I, for one, am not. I do miss hockey, though.
