    Georgia is just about right. Disastrous mix of speed demons (I'm one, FWIW) and paste-eating morons. You're either going 30 over or under.

    Holy shit they have. I'd put Virginia way ahead of DC and Maryland. I've lived on both sides of the Potomac and it's not even close.
