WHICH PHRASE ARE YOU SICK OF....?

I do not know about you, but there are some phrases/terms, etc., I am just sick of hearing as though we have always had them around.

THe two that stick out for me will possibly generate others, and if I can think of the others in my head, I will add them.

But for now, the three I am sick of and would like *permanently removed* are:

1) Physically Challenged/mentally challenged;

2) Needing closure;

and

3) (Particularly done in promos for movies and TV shows) "Don't miss (Actor Whoever) as you've never seen him before."

Your additions, please.

"Greatest win in recent memory" or "Best performance in recent memory"

If you're going to call something the greatest/best/worst, give a timeline that's actually real. Recent memory is subjective perception.

 

"My Bad", actually been fed up with it since it started

 

"Tear-ists" and "Freedum"

Because the Tear-ists don't love Freedum and we are Freedum lovers.

There's an old saying, Fool me once, shame on me or you.....Feel me again, you can't fool me again.

I'm also sick of "Politically Correct" another way of saying Re-education.

 

Just thought of another one: "It's all good."

Take it from me, it makes most of the people who use it sound "all just stupid."
