What's your voice mail etiquette?

I leave voice mails, but I use my Ozzie Guillen accent.

 

Thank you for that one. I was just about to post the same thing. I've never understood why people do this. Just say "give me a call back about Friday night." There's no need to get into every little plan about Friday night on the message, because I'm still going to call you back and we'll talk about that.

 

I always leave a voicemail. And I'm guilty as charged as one of those folks who will leave - not too often - 5-min long messages detailing everything I want to chat about. Sorry to those of you affected.

 

Just about every time I leave a message that's a minute or more, it's generally done on purpose to get a laugh out of the receiving party. I left two normal messages today -- of 33 and 43 seconds, respectively.
