    Made some ham for the two of us with a sweet honey/brown sugar/OJ glaze, along with some stuffing and Hawaiian rolls. Great stuff.

    Perhaps. But in this case, after two bad Chinese experiences in a row, I'm done. The sesame chicken was more like chicken fat pieces deep fried. No real chicken meat. And the dumplings may have been filled with excrement of some sort.

    I should've stuck with garden veggies ...

    I usually stay away from anything fried, with the exception of an occasional order of General Tsao's.

    Chinese can be hit-and-miss, but, IMO, the Chinese buffet is the greatest development since the discovery of fire.

    Those buffets are great, dude. One of the reasons I ballooned up to 284 three years ago.

    There was an IHOP open right next to my hotel (at the halfway point of my 2-day drive home). Been a long time since I had IHOP. yum.

    I think I just came out of my food-induced coma.

    Christmas Eve at my parents;

    BBQ Brisket Sandwiches that were roughly the size of a frisbee

    Corn

    Pumpkin Pie

    Cherry Cheesecake, and a bunch of sweets.

    Christmas Day at my house;

    Mama Chef whipped up a 17-pound prime rib- injected with some worcestershire sauce recipe my wife found somewhere. This son of a bitch took 4 days to do.

    Huge turkey

    Ham

    Mashed Potatoes

    Corn

    Green Beans

    Dinner Rolls

    I think we went through about 3 cases of beer, as well.

    Pumpkin Pie

    I think someone in my wifes' family robbed a Russell Stover store or something, because I have never seen this much candy in my life.

    Christmas Night at my Grandparents;

    More Turkey

    More Ham

    Corn Bread Casserole (Don't ask, but I know it was damn good)

    Cream Corn

    The best Pecan Pie I have ever had.

    3 Pumpkin Pies

    It hurts to breathe right now.
