    A day off today;

    I'm digging into a fresh plate of 3 over-easy eggs on top of 2 12 oz. Chicken Fried Steaks, topped with pepper and tabasco, complete with a pot of coffee.

    A snack cake and a Fresca Coke Zero.

  5. All I had was a glass of Crystal Light. I am going out to lunch today so therefore, I skipped breakfast.
