    Sirs, Madames,

I've mentioned it before but it seems like I'm the only one who watches.

    The 4400. Seasons 1 and 2. Sci-fi terrorist black-helicopter DHS allegory.

New series The Nine and Heroes crib from The 4400 relentlessly.

The first episode of the first season has Michael Moriarty giving an amazing performance--yup, he's a freak, a drunk, and a wannabe Canadian but he has always been a great actor.

First season The 4400 was the only series not named Lost to get a best screenwriting drama nom at the Emmys. Fourth season is going into production.

    YHS, etc

Firefly and I'll add a third to "weeds." That show is hilarious.

Having never heard of Weeds until this thread, I saw season 1 on DVD at Best Buy today.

Any Grey's fans, I ask this: Was that Denny Duquette on the show? there was a picture on the back of the DVD and it looked like him.

    Yes?

No, IJAG. I think the guy you're talking about was on "Jack and Jill" before this.

And I'll join the groundswell for "Weeds." Great show.

Showtime last week premiered another show that looks pretty promising -- "Dexter." A forensic expert who also happens to be a Robin Hood kind of psycho killer himself.
