I'm just curious about the "demographics" of the community here, so I'd be interested to see how this little survey comes out.

You have forgotten a whole slew of options, newbie:

    - TV/radio on-air
    - TV/radio production
    - online media
    - sports information
    - sports PR
    - non-newspaper print publications
    - in some cases, sports administration

    Fat Tire, please.

That's what we call "none of the above" :)

And c'mon, we all know TV and PR don't count as journalism (tongue in cheek, sort of) :)

Luggie's gonna get you for that!!!!!

I consider myself a copy editor, although I do a lot of design as well. At most papers, those two things are one and the same.

I guess I should've picked "Reporter, GA." But I went with the pro beat over high schools since that's what I'm covering at this moment.

If I'd seen it last night while mired in High School (football) Hell, I might have had an altogether different answer. A particularly impolite one.

Is this the quarterly version of this survey? ;D
I seem to remember it taking place at least twice earlier this year.

If that's the case, sorry. As you can tell I'm just a sometimes passer-by to this forum.
