    Actually, it's better to wear heels if you have plantar fasciitis. Keeps your plantar fascia stretched out.

    I do have plantar fasciitis. Mine isn't horrible, but the only flats I can wear are my flip flops and then it's hard for me to wear them for long periods of time.

    I haven't gotten to the point of my father who has had cortizone shots. I am lucky enough to deal with the pain by having doc push as hard as he can on the balls of my feet while my legs are stretched out so it completely stretches out that region.

    There are nights, however, that I can't sleep because my legs need stretched and he's already asleep.

    I can't stand gin and tonic. It tastes like soap and water to me.

    Oh, I love gin.

    I just get very, very mean on a gin drunk.
