    I guess I understand if the mods don't want overtly political threads started. I don't love it, because it's a big part of the news, but I get it. But sometimes, some other topic is going to lend itself to a veer into the politics of it. That's true of the preschool thing. I mean, hell, I was trying to point out that it was NOT a partisan issue, or shouldn't be, and that the president got his ideas from a conservative. Too explosive, I guess.

    What's ridiculous is you've been here awhile and you know the rules and you don't follow them.

    You cannonballed in with Obama when it wasn't necessary to the topic -- and you knew it would get the reaction it did. Talk all you want about preschool. That's not where that thread was going.

    What "reaction" did it get? Buncha guys talking civilly about where the preschool policy originated? Yeah, I guess I did expect that reaction.
