One of Oingo Boingo's slower but still great songs.

"When My Times Come" off Dawes' first album, North Hills, is incredible.

2 songs off Fiona's new album "The Idler Wheel ... " cut deep. Such a riveting lyricist.

Completely agree. I have a real soft spot for the song "A Little Bit of Everything". Coincidentally it's the name of my cabaret show and I'm looking to work it into my set list.

Well, it is varied. I like a lot, I don't know a lot. You're not going to get much by me by Springsteen, for instance, or the Foo Fighters or Asleep at the Wheel.

First 10 songs on my iPhone at the moment:

Ain't She Sweet - Preservation Hall Jazz Band
    Leaving New York - R.E.M.
    Midnight Confessions - Grass Roots
    Hey Good Lookin' - Clint Black/George Strait/Alan Jackson/Jimmy Buffett/Kenny Chesney
In The Heights/In The Heights Soundtrack
Baby It's Cold Outside - Blue Moon Big Band
Beat Me Daddy/Eight to the Bar - Commander Cody
Mah Na Mah Na - Muppets Soundtrack
    Would - Alice in Chains

You know what, that's a great idea. Right now the pick is sitting in a beer mug on my bar. I don't geek out over celebrities either but as we were looking for a parking spot that night we saw Trucks hanging outside Massey Hall talking to a couple of fans. I still kick myself for not getting out of the car to go over and say hi. By the time we parked he was gone.
