    Now, think about what a psychopathic fuck the CEO of your company must be.

    I think you have to be on the psychopathic spectrum to defend a murderer for pay.
    You need just the right amount of glib, superficial charm.
    Verbally facile, monumentally self-conscious.
    Deceitful, remorseless and societally parasitic.
    Not unlike the average ESPN 'analyst.'

    And yet, I'm willing to bet that we've often found journalists -- most of them, in fact -- to also be among the most sympathetic, empathetic and principled people we've ever met.
