    I thought it was funny that one of the sons said it was the plan all along for them to take over. When I always thought it was the son-in-law that would take over until his wife divorced him.

    I thought that same thing, too. It'll be cool to see what direction those two will take with the organization, granted, they'll be watched Big Stein the entire way.

    I just don't believe that Big Stein is even involved anymore. I think he is holed up in a house somewhere as a mild nutcase.

    He's still going to be involved. You've got to know that. As long as he's alive, he'll always be a part of the Yankees' decision-making processes.

    A crazy old man. It is like Bill Simmons said, his family should just show him video of past World Series victories and tell Steinbrenner that the playoffs are going great.

    Angola, Big Stein wasn't in his right mind in the 1970s and 1980s, when he turned firings into a sport.
