Company golf scramble Saturday.

Supposed to get into the high 80s.

I guess that's oppressive in some sense, but not complaining.

 

Right after someone passes me a new set of snow tires.

 

Big ass storms 2 hours away.

I cleaned out the kiddie pool and took a dip with the rugrats. We ate popsicles on the patio, but we had to come in after a bit because we started to burn.

 

I'll second that, though it was really, really windy here today. Nothing like covering track and field meets in 25-35 mph constant wind and 50 mph gusts.

 

Delightful day for motorcycle commuting Thursday and Friday. 79 and sunny.

 

Forecasters totally fucked up. They called for 8-12 inches of snow by morning, and not a single flake fell. Not that I'm complaining ...

I was able to walk nine yesterday. Chilly and cloudy, but it was OK, I guess. Shot 44.

 

Calm, balmy right now, but people are talking like we're getting a storm the likes we haven't seen "in 20 years." Jeezum crow. None of our teams have played save a low-key track meet. If we do get a foot or more, shit will be pushed back at least 3 more weeks.
