Ok, I see how I was looking at it wrong.

It's still a losing game, but it's at least a little within reason now.

The vig for the house grows more and more as you bet more teams in a parlay.

A guy I knew who used to work at one of the casinos said the biggest sucker bet is the three team parlay because everybody thinks they can do it.

Songbird keeps his sportsbook afloat with his 9-team bets alone.

I hit two 3-teamers last Saturday for the first time in I don't know how long.

I could see doing it with college games. NFL would be a lot tougher...

I give you guys credit for having the stones to take the Seahawks. I think I read somewhere that teams favored by more than 20 were 2-8 against the spread. Nice pick.

Cardinals DB Rashad Johnson is a man. He had the tip of his middle finger severed while making a tackle Sunday against the Saints. He's not ruling out playing this week against Tampa Bay.
Somewhere, Ronnie Lott is nodding approvingly.

    Yes, but pizza was.

If word gets about what brand it was, the jokes will probably start writing themselves.

49ers have gotten particularly awful in past 10 years. Their games are as bad as Raider games.

It will change next year when they move 50 miles down the road and 50 stories up in price.

The damn knuckleheads are everywhere - in every fan base and, particularly, the NFL.

It's why I love taking my son to NBA games as people are usually respectful, polite and not drunk. NFL and even major college football (which saddens me as I love college football) are too coarse in the fanbase to take kids.
