The Elon coach (Pete Lembo) will eventually get a bigger job, and he will be a great hire, for what it's worth.

Last week's shutout blowout loss to LSU be damned.
    State's a 6-point favorite at Tulane.

58-42. Birds. 1284 yards of offense.

Love watching high-scoring games like that.

    WVU-Louisville could be like that.

White and Slaton could combine for a mile.

Big 10 Network showed that this week actually.

I hope Louisville enjoyed its time in the top 10.

Yes, BTN did. But for ESPN to say that it isn't among the biggest upsets of all-time is a crock.

That can't be correct ... only I-AA team to be a I-A team in the Top 25, yes. But not what's phrased here.

You are correct. Just off the top of my head, Maine beat Miss St. a few years ago. (although one could argue beating Miss St is already a I-AA team)

Correct. I-AA teams beat I-A teams all the time but a ranked I-A had never lost to a I-AA team til last weekend.

I'm just happy that my team kept it close.

Maybe Middle can run the table from here.

    I doubt it, of course.

Middle looked pretty good offensively. Good enough to win the Sun Belt anyway.

Depending on what happens this weekend, don't be so sure about that.
