If the "inability to meet the minimum position requirements established by the Big 12 Conference" is the criteria, KU's football program should have been suspended retroactively to about 2015.

 

Those requirements have nothing to do with actual talent.

Correct. That fan base has an attitude of gratitude. When Lou Holtz went 0-11 in his first season in Columbia, 80,000 people put on their garnet and black, kept filling up Williams-Brice Stadium and never stopped yelling for their Chickens.
